I have called AA hotline and the call centre staff cannot help. I have filled out their customer relation form on: Customer relations − Customer service − American Airlines (aa.com) twice. There has been no reply for 1 month.

There is no number to call. Customer Relations is not a call center. Usually, there's far too much research to be done on a particular claim to make a call center environment efficient. You can request a call in your submission, however it's never a guarantee.
