22 Σεπ 2021 · You must complete an online Passenger Locator Form before you arrive in the UK, whether you are staying here, or only transiting through the UK. There is no cost to submit the form. A person who is under 18 years of age (Scotland: under 16 years) can be included on an accompanying adult’s PLF.
One attestation form must be filled out for each passenger ages 2 years or older. The attestation may be filled out by the air passenger or on behalf of the air passenger by a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian.
Check which documents you’ll need to come to the UK. You do not need to take any COVID-19 tests or fill in a passenger locator form. This applies whether you’re fully vaccinated or not.
