2 Απρ 2024 · 1. Check your VPN is up to date. If your VPN doesn’t unlock Paramount Plus, check that you’re using the most recent version. The team behind the VPN might have fixed a technical issue through an update. To update your VPN from a computer, load up the VPN and choose Settings.
If you signed up for Paramount+ on your iPhone/iPad, Android (phone or tablet) and you’re having trouble signing in, make sure you’ve cleared your cookies and cache for your device. If not, please do so, then sign in again. This should resolve the issue.
