27 Ιουλ 2021 · From today, the online Passenger Locator Form will be upgraded to complement the travel measures introduced from 19 July. In particular, the enhanced Passenger Locator Form will support the implementation of the EU Digital COVID Certificate.
• Passengers arriving to Ireland from overseas are required to complete this form, including Irish citizens. • Once completed, the form should be given to an officer at your point of entry to the State.
Please complete all necessary 10 arrival forms. Passengers may be required to present a completed passenger locator form upon arrival and entry to your destination, along with your EU DCC. Upon your return to Ireland, you must present your EU DCC and a completed electronic passenger locator form.
5 Μαρ 2022 · From 6 March 2022, international travellers to Ireland will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative PCR test upon arrival. There will no longer be any requirement to complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form for travel to Ireland.

22 Αυγ 2020 · It is a legal requirement for passengers arriving in Ireland from overseas to complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form. Passengers arriving from this date can complete form in advance of their arrival online here. The online form for those arriving from next Wednesday is now available.
Passenger Locator Forms (PLFs) are used by public health authorities to facilitate cross border contact tracing in case travellers are exposed to an infectious disease during their travel by plane, ship (cruise/ferry), rail, bus or automobile.
