It may be worth checking the port configuration for the printers. I had a similar issue with wireless Macbooks not seeing a windows shared printer. In the Ports tab under Printer Properties (Windows) there is the option to Configure Port.
24 Σεπ 2022 · Have done multiple factor resets, network resets, nothing seems to work. It's connecting to 2.4Ghz network on Netgear Orbi (RBK853/AX6000), which shows as connected. But neither Mac nor Windows devices can connect to the printer. The config page (normally accessible via the IP address or the network name) just times out in all browsers.
17 Απρ 2020 · Select your Printer, then select Printer Server Properties at the top of the screen. In the new window, select Ports tab. Your printer is probably under somerthing called WSD. If so, click Add Port, and select TCP/IP. Run through the quick wizard, then set this new port as your printer port. Hope this helps, let me know!
