If your printer has a control panel with a display, find the IPv6 setting from the Advanced network settings menu, and set it to Off or Disabled. If your printer does not have a display, use the embedded web server (EWS) to turn off IPv6.
It might be labeled as Wireless Security Key/Password, Wi-Fi Password, Network Password, or Network Key. If you cannot find the password or the password does not work, check any paperwork that came with the router or contact your ISP for additional help.

Once done, perform network power drain as suggested below and then try to assign a public DNS for your printer. Turn off all the devices connected on your network including the PC, Smartphones, printer, modem (if present) and router.

Check the printer and network connections. Identify issues with Wi-Fi connections that can cause the printer to be unavailable or not found by your computer or mobile device. Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
HP printers - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change. Reconnect a previously installed printer to the Wi-Fi network if you purchased a new router, changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or changed your network name and password.
Remote printing requires an Internet connection to an HP web-connected printer. App or software and HP Smart app account registration may also be required. Wireless broadband use requires separately purchased service contract for mobile devices.
