14 Οκτ 2019 · Expedia sent me an itinerary / booking confirmation with a receipt (amount 749.87 USD) showing the amount for departure and return fares. The departure BKK-SIN was fine on 12 Oct 2019 but there were no our names on the returning flight SIN-BKK with the airline.
2 reviews. no confirmation email from expedia. 12 years ago. I booked a flight to Asia online with Expedia on Oct. 1st. I did not receive a single email from Expedia regarding this booking, no confirmation, no itenerary, nothing. (not in my junk mail either) and my bank account did not show any money going through.
Immediately noticing the obvious data missing from email, I was ready to disregard it as a scam until the email sender is from @expedia.com, all my booking confirmation numbers, itinerary number, etc are correct, and the hyperlinks copy to actual Expedia pages.
Allow them 14 days to resolve. If nothing, go to your bank and submit all screenshots of your emails to Expedia. Tell them what happened. BMO will raise this with Mastercard under dispute code 4853 goods and/or service not provided. You won't get refunded up front and it can take up to 3 months.
