Has anyone found a way to talk to a human ? Their 800 number now offers only chat. Which I have been on for 4 hours and not one agent has responded.
A good customer service experience isn't having you take codes and links. They fix it and send you an email with any booking codes or anything you need afterward. It's the CSR's job to fix the problem, not yours.

Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
