24 Ιουλ 2018 · I'm confused about the size restrictions of checked luggage and I'm hoping you can help me. I just purchased a new samsonite 29" spinner suitcase for our upcoming trip. I know the airline policy is 62" and my suitcase would be just under that at 61.5.

A standard size that is seen consistently across many airlines is 62 inches (158 cm) linear. And, the weight will depend on the cabin, but quite often the maximum weight can be (with or without overweight charges) is 70 pounds (32 kg).
