I made a complaint against McAfee in April of this year. The BBB resolved my complaint and I did receive a refund.

Message claims your 5-device Total Protection plan for $299.99 was automatically renewed per your request.
I am DEAF but Pranav told me to phone for my refund. He has refused to refund me and then closed the chat box. STAY AWAY FROM MCAFEE. I finally got through to the third person who sent me a form for a refund with an sr number. It takes three weeks for a refund. Date of experience: June 23, 2024
