If your membership is expired or inactive, you can renew online within 90 days after the date of expiration, or any time in person or by phone. Also, to help make things even easier for you, you can continue using your existing membership cards even after you renew.
Go to Costco.com and select Sign In / Register in the upper right corner of the page (just make sure your membership is verified beforehand). Proceed to the next step if you are signed in and see "Account" to the left of Orders & Returns. Under "Account," choose Renew Membership.
