We used Play to fly round trip to Iceland. Overall, I would definitely book with them again. They're a consistently reliable budget airline - cheap, they'll get you there on time, the seats are comfortable enough for a 6 hour flight, and the flight attendants are attentive/friendly.
PLAY is definitely a budget airline, and the extra fees make it less of a bargain than first appears, but the booking and flight experience, the ease of adding what I needed (a change of flight times, extra luggage, extra room), and the wonderful flight attendants were all pluses.
