Has anyone else had a bad experience booking with Small World Vacations, recommended by Mousesavers? I just had the WORST customer service experience with a travel agent there. I am a single mom turning 50 and they totally dropped the ball on my reservation.

7 Ιουλ 2015 · We have used many times, mostly for DCL, and have always had a positive experience (we work with Amber Vaughan). Currently have a Summer’17 cruise booked with her and would not hesitate to continue to work with SMV / Amber. The Unofficial Guide to WDW & mousesavers.com both recommend them.
23 Απρ 2006 · We've been booking with small world travel (Josepine) for 3 years now (around 12 trips) and have had the best service ever. They are always on the ball with discounts etc and reply to emails really quickly. Cannot fault at all and would (and do) recommend them highly.

They are heavily recommended on the Mousesavers website but I haven't really heard them mentioned much on here. Im especially interested if anyone has used them from the UK.

Small World Vacations’ Agent, Ella has helped us out with three different Disney trips and she is the absolute best. She is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. This was particularly important when things didn’t go as planned (Covid, hurricane in Florida).
