5 Αυγ 2022 · I contacted SW Vacations who we booked our vacation through, and they advised that I could cancel our reservation online and I would get a credit, so I did. I recently received an email from SW Vacations in which they state they are giving me a credit of only $1800.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
25 Ιαν 2022 · You can cancel the booked flight now via his account online and that will generate another travel fund. It seems that you should have up until the earliest expiration date of the travel funds to call about a refund, I don't believe there's a need to call asap.

30 Απρ 2018 · I had to change the date of my return flight a day later due to family death. I was charged the difference of cost of flights. Is there a chance to get refunded the money since it was a death in the family and I have the appropriate documentation?
If you decline Travel Protection and cancel your booking, any refund due for the land/ feature portion of your booking (after applicable penalties) will be in the form of a travel credit from Southwest Vacations.
