If booked with Wanna Get Away® or with Wanna Get Away Plus™ fare class and you cancelled your flight at least 10 minutes prior to travel, the air portion of your booking will be refunded in a Southwest Airlines air credit, which may be used on a future trip with Southwest Vacations.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
27 Ιουν 2021 · Even better idea, since you can cancel up until 10 minutes prior to departure, wait until you are at the airport and have an agent do it there. There's no benefit to cancelling earlier unless you're trying to use the travel funds immediately.
Cancel for any reason and receive a refund to the original form of payment for the full vacation package price, less the cost of flights and the Southwest Vacations' Travel Protection plan cost. Flights are nonrefundable but exchangeable in the form of an airline credit valid for future travel for up to 1 year from original time of purchase.
You must immediately notify your travel agent or Southwest Vacations to cancel or make changes to your vacation package. If you decline Travel Protection and cancel your booking, any refund due for the land/ feature portion of your booking (after applicable penalties) will be in the form of a travel credit from Southwest Vacations.
Most flights can be easily canceled on our website or in our app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app and then tap or click the Cancel option.
