14 Αυγ 2022 · Spirit lists the price range for paid seat assignments from $1 to $50 (excluding the Big Front Seat). Typically, you'll pay $25 to $35 to select an exit-row seat. The other way to upgrade to an exit-row seat is to purchase one of the bundles Spirit offers during the booking process.
Just because you automatically get assigned two seats together for one adult and the child, doesn't mean there will be two more seats nearby that you can buy later. If you want to sit together, buy the seat reservations.
Tack on that $25 fee on the price of every ticket and then have seating included? Is that fare to the solo traveller (or even groups) who aren't concerned where they sit but still have to pay the extra?
