22 Αυγ 2021 · Abu Dhabi has important new regulations for entering the emirate that you need to be aware of. From Monday July 19, anyone arriving in the capital must provide a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours of arrival, or within 24 hours if providing a negative DPI test result.

16 Ιουλ 2020 · The Abu Dhabi government has announced a further update to the the rules for crossing the border into the capital. Since June 2 there have been restrictions in place for getting into the emirate, with the most recent one being a laser-screening service available at the border.
From 1 February 2021, you have 48 hours to cross into Abu Dhabi with a negative PCR result, or 24 hours from receiving a DPI result. You will need to present a photo ID – be it your Emirates ID card (EID) or a passport with your test result, with yout name in Arabic or English.
23 Δεκ 2020 · Abu Dhabi’s government announced that the rules for international travellers coming into Abu Dhabi would change from December 24. Now, a list of ‘green’ countries has been drawn up, with anyone travelling from those countries able to enter the country without quarantining, subject to a negative PCR test.
Vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers are welcome to experience Abu Dhabi with no restrictions. As of 7 November 2022, almost all Covid-19 restrictions in Abu Dhabi have been lifted meaning green status on the Al Hosn app and negative PCR tests are no longer required to enter Abu Dhabi attractions.
