4 ημέρες πριν · Turkish Airline customer support is a joke do not waste time all they do is keep connecting you until they send you to help line and no one answered are you get disconnected. Flying with Turkish airline cost me a little over $1000 with having to purchase clothing search for missing luggage and additional hotel fees required for extended layovers.
1 Δεκ 2023 · Unfortunately this issue is rife on Social Media, fake accounts responding to customer queries by asking them to provide details regarding a booking. A few airlines I follow are having to constantly tweet asking customers to be vigilant in who they respond to with personal information.
10 Δεκ 2023 · After posting my request on their official facebook page, I got a message 30 mins later from a so-called TK Customer Service officer (FB does have a tick for official accounts but quite difficult to notice it).
