Puzzled-Product-244. •. Spirit is the worst airline I have ever dealt with, with very poor customer service and delays and cancelation without notice and all the extra fees. The way they operate and see how the employees treat the customer, in my opinion, I don't think it is even safe to fly this airlines.

The people who dislike Spirit are those who expect a Delta service at discount fares. Spirit is my favorite airline, cheapest fares around. They’re perfectly fine to fly with just pack light, bring a snack and entertainment of your own and you’ll be ok. They’re also one of the best airlines for on time performance.
flew with them a couple times, no complaints at all. Spirit invented the idea that you could remove serving water from an airplane and people wouldn’t mind. Now their methods are so good that other airlines are copying them. I like how it says Howdy on the wings - they have a folksy charm in how they handle people.
Spirit Airlines has lost it. Recently flew on Spirit with the same one bag I always travel with. This bag has made it on countless trips, always meeting the size regulations for a personal item. It’s a 28L north face borealis backpack. Long story short, on my most recent flight out of Nashville I bought a small souvenir on the way to the airport.
