24 Μαΐ 2013 · At around 0816 hrs on 24 May 2013, an Airbus A319 aircraft, registration G-EUOE, departed London Heathrow Airport. As the aircraft took off, the fan cowl doors from both engines detached, causing significant damage to the airframe and aircraft systems.
On 24 May 2013, an Airbus A319 [G-EUOE] being operated by British Airways on a scheduled passenger flight from London Heathrow to Oslo lost the fan cowl doors on both engines at take off in day Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC).
