It looks like I need to fill 1 out for both flights, the first flight to Milan, and then my final flight to Lisbon. The airline isn't providing a seat # until check in, how am I to fill out the form beforehand?
28 Νοε 2021 · Has anyone filled out the passenger locator form required to enter Portugal, that must be filled out within 4 days of entering Portugal? I'm flying from the US to Lisbon (not direct) with a stop in Frankfurt, where I change planes to Lufthansa airline to fly in to Lisbon.
7 Φεβ 2022 · Just as incoming airline passengers have been dispensed with providing negative tests for SARS-CoV-2 when they enter Portugal – as long as they can present a valid Covid Digital Certificate – the requirement for the presentation of passenger locator forms has been reinforced.
