The reps on the chat are awful. Always takes like an hour to get the most simple questions answered. But if you “file a complain” on the contact us page on their website, the people who respond seem competent
End the chat and go back in with a different browser so it starts a new session. That way you might get a new rep. This rep is clearly not helping you so try again with another one. Their reps are VERY hit or miss so end this chat and start a fresh one. It will save you stress.
