  1. Chat doesn't often work in my experience. Don't take bags or don't be late. Their cust service is now all automated timestamps of some random name with a form generic message. Fly without bags- or if you want actual customer service - a different airline. Good luck.

  3. No. No more phone support anymore. Online chat is your only choice. Put your issue in bullet points and send it via email if not urgent. If urgent, use chat. Twitter worked for me.   4. Probably easiest to talk to someone at the airport. Chat agents might not know the answer that someone at the airport does.

  5. A good customer service experience isn't having you take codes and links. They fix it and send you an email with any booking codes or anything you need afterward. It's the CSR's job to fix the problem, not yours.

  6. This, I hate services that only have phone service, I prefer 10 thousands times WhatsApp service, as long as it's a real human. Also leaving a message trail allows you to call their bs when they want to deny they said something before
