Google Flights is an aggregate site, so they're not actually selling you the ticket, they're showing you all of the different options for websites/companies you can buy the ticket through. Some of those companies are going to be way, way less reliable than others.

business-class.com is a mileage broker, selling award flights at a price they set. The carriers dislike these transactions, and depending on the circumstances the carrier may have cancelled your booking when they discovered what b-c.com had done.
Unfortunately, I just chose the first option available on Google Flights and it seems to be a scam because we have received no flight info. I hope this post helps anyone looking at info and I will update if they do come through.
