  1. Has anyone else had a bad experience booking with Small World Vacations, recommended by Mousesavers? I just had the WORST customer service experience with a travel agent there. I am a single mom turning 50 and they totally dropped the ball on my reservation.

  3. 23 Απρ 2006 · We've been booking with small world travel (Josepine) for 3 years now (around 12 trips) and have had the best service ever. They are always on the ball with discounts etc and reply to emails really quickly. Cannot fault at all and would (and do) recommend them highly.

YES, I could go online and book the trip through Disney myself for the same exact price. I actually asked our travel agent, Kersie, what the benefit to using a TA is.

  5. 5 ημέρες πριν · We booked and paid R 170.000 for a Safari, which had to cancelled due to Covid. They offered post-ponement, but we wanted a refund and according to the ombudsman they are obliged to refund if requested. We contacted them by email, but they just did not respond to our emails.

  6. 5 Φεβ 2024 · During my Google search, Exoticca's name came up top. Their reviews seem fine. They also engaged an actual customer service rep who gave me a great itinerary and pricing. It looks quite seamless to me. Anyone has any experience with them or someone similar? Any obvious alternatives I am missing or should be considering? Thank you in advance!
