We may require a carry-on bag to travel as a checked bag if it cannot be safely stowed on a particular flight. Checked bags: Maximum of 62 linear inches (length + width + height; 158 cm) including handles and wheels and maximum of 50 pounds (22.6 kg) in weight.
You can check in as many bags as you like up to the weight allowance for your travel class. Each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg. The weight concept applies to all routes, except when you travel to and from the Americas and from Africa (for tickets issued before 9 August 2021).
19 Απρ 2023 · Spirit Airlines’ maximum size for checked baggage is 62 linear inches (length + width + height) or 158 cm. This includes handles and wheels. Any bags that exceed this size limit will be subject to an oversized baggage fee.
Checking in online at Spirit.com is free, and it's the quickest way to check in for your flight and print your boarding pass. Check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends an hour prior to departure. This is also a good time to buy a seat assignment or last minute bags – it will be less expensive online than at the airport.
3 Δεκ 2016 · There are two different sizes. The carry-on size (and weight) and the checked luggage size (and weight - as detailed above). Now, each class of travel gets a different allowance for free luggage: Economy gets 30 KG for free per bag, and two bags for free. You can pay to either:
