If you would like to view or modify your reservation simply click the My Trips tab located on our homepage. Enter both your confirmation code and last name. When your reservation appears, you will be able to make modifications, view and print your itinerary receipt, and view an itemized breakdown.
I tried contacting them by chat, but I can only speak to the bot. I asked him to send the booking information and he sent a "Flight Confirmation" email (not booking confirmation). Has anyone here ever gone through this? Thanks.
