25 Ιαν 2012 · Best option I've found so far is to plug it in to a Mac and use Disk Utility to format it as an Apple Partition Map drive. This produces something incomprehensible to Windows, and lets you re-format it in Windows as if it were completely blank. You should try BootIce.
Go to your file manager. right click on you flash drive, click format, choose FAT32 file system. Right click start button and go to disk management. Look for the flash drive in the list. You may need to delete each of its partitions and then create a new partition to get your drive back.
