Your VRAM is dynamically allocated. The 128 MB is set in BIOS, and is the minimum VRAM used. You may be able to change that, but it doesn't really matter. When you run software which needs more VRAM, it will simply get allocated from your RAM. And all your VRAM is just normal RAM.
