INTERNATIONAL LOADSTAR MODEL 1700 (4x4) Finish: Hood, cab and fenders, standard Loadstar color. Radiator grille and cowl, silver gray. Frame, bumper and wheels, black.
Models included: Binder, 1600, 1700, 1750, 1800, F1800, 1850, and F1850, with the numbers indicating the size and weight rating of the model. The 1750 and 1850 had mid-range diesels. The 1600 and 1700 were available with 4x4, the F1800 and F1850 had tandem rear axles.
In 1965 the 18500 lb rear axle that was optional in the Loadstar 1800 was made available in the 1700. The maximum ratings for the 1700 were raised to 25500 lb GVW and 45000 lb GCW, the same as for the 1800 at the time.

12 Απρ 2023 · Cohort Outtake: International Loadstar 1700 – Makes A Rugged Pickup. (first posted 4/12/2017) Nifticus posted shots of this International Loadstar at the Cohort, and I can’t just walk by. These were once by far the best selling medium truck in the country, and for quite a few years.
25 Ιαν 2017 · Loadstars were always great looking trucks, and this factory 4×4 with its massive 45″ rubber is especially so. These 1700 models slotted in between base 1600 and top-range 1800/1850 models, each step up offering a higher GVWR, which should be 26,000 pounds in this case.
