1 ημέρα πριν · I've read pretty much most the posts on here regarding swapping my powerglide for a TH350 or a 200-4r. But I'm still hesitant to pull the trigger on either one at the moment. I have a transmission guy here in the UK that can build me either a Th350 or 200-4r. But I don't have the budget to rebuild my 2.73 rear axle.

2003 Suburban 4wd transmission issue. Out of the blue transmission started slipping. Warning message on dash said “transmission hot”. Pulled over and let it cool. Limped home without 4th gear. No power in reverse either. First and second gear are working ok. Fluid level is fine but fluid smells burnt and is mostly gray. New transmission needed?
