21 Μαρ 2024 · There are two main service codes that appear with the Honda Maintenance Minder. You may either see the Code A or Code B, alerting you to the maintenance interval that’s most appropriate. This information is based on the mileage since your last service.
It’s time to have your Honda Pilot’s regular maintenance done, according to message code B16 from the maintenance reminder system. The B indicates that it’s time to check the parking brake adjustment, inspect the front and rear brakes, and change the engine oil and filter.
Maintenance MinderTM. When maintenance is due, the system message indicator comes on and a message appears on the display every time you turn the vehicle on. The messages notify you when to change the engine oil, or when to bring your vehicle to a dealer for indicated maintenance services.
Honda B16 service typically includes oil and filter changes, spark plug replacement, timing belt inspection or replacement, and checking and adjusting valve clearances.
