This company is a scam! Paid £103 for a test and express delivery on July the 25th. 3 months later I still haven’t even received the test. I spoke to their customer services (which is an AI bot) and they sent another one out….which got lost. To date I have had 3 tests supposedly sent out.

This company is a total scam. I posted my kit back over a month ago and it never arrived. They sent a replacement kit and promised me express delivery and tracking for it but it just has the same standard delivery. So now I have to start the same process all over again.
