7 Φεβ 2023 · It’s a repeat of the 2014 workout, “ Open 14.4.”. With hundreds of thousands of registered participants “The Open” is the world’s largest participatory sporting event. Winners of the CrossFit Open qualify to compete at the next stage of the 2023 CrossFit Games competition.
Open Test 23.1 is as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of 60 calories on the rower, 50 toes-to-bars, 40 wall-ball shots, 30 cleans, and 20 muscle-ups. Top athletes had the privilege of plugging away through a second round until the clock ran out.
