16 Φεβ 2023 · The first workout of the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games Open has been released. Check out the “workouts” tab for workout details, scaling options, scorecards, and more. Remember, you must complete 23.1 and submit your score in your competition dashboard before Monday, Feb. 20, at 5 p.m. PT (8 p.m. ET).
Open Test 23.1 is as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of 60 calories on the rower, 50 toes-to-bars, 40 wall-ball shots, 30 cleans, and 20 muscle-ups. Top athletes had the privilege of plugging away through a second round until the clock ran out.

23.1 Open Workout (Rx’d): Complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 14 minutes of: 60 calorie row. 50 toes-to-bars. 40 wall-ball shots. 30 cleans. 20 muscle ups. Female: 14-lb ball to 9-ft target, 95-lb cleans. Male: 20-lb ball to 10-ft target, 135-lb cleans.
