27B-6 is a reference to an old but incredible film, Brazil, by Terry Gilliam, a Monty Python member who also directed 12 Monkeys and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Brazil is a masterpiece, and envisions a dystopian future ruled by a bureaucratic, cruel, and authoritarian government.
