To get a copy of a receipt for a completed purchase, visit the customer service counter at any Best Buy store. If you paid by credit card, bring the credit card you used for the purchase. We’ll look up your receipt with your credit card.
Will there be a way for Best Buy to find my receipt? I know the order date, card number , item and location. Also is there a number I can call? I try calling the store and am just on hold forever and nobody Answers. 1 888-237-8289 -- hold times may be high. Or their Twitter, and Facebook pages.
4 Απρ 2012 · The Best Buy receipt transaction number is located below the Val #. First, you will see a 4 digit number which is the store number. Then you will see a 3 digit number which is the register number.
