I was 135lb at around 5'1. Calorie counting was the answer to all of my problems. I truly never realized how caloric some foods are, and how calorie counting is SO important to weight loss. Being such a short person, my average daily caloric intake is quite a bit less than the average person.
I am happy with the weight loss but 2.5 mg is not a therapeutic dose so be patient. I have heard 5mg and 7.5mg have better results. I am 5’3 so to be in my target weight I still need to lose about 35-40 pounds.
