In general, the criteria for what went into the SRD is if it (1) was in the 3E SRD, (2) has an equivalent in fifth edition D&D, and (3) is vital to how a class, magic item, or monster works.
Links to all available free (legal) PDFs for 5e so far. 5th Edition. I was making this list for my players, but I figured I'd post it online anyway in case it helps others. There are a lot of spells, magic items, monsters, etc. covered between all the various PDFs.
There are a few PDFs that you can make yourself for your own offline viewing from DnDBeyond, simply by bringing up whatever content you have (like the combined Basic Rules and SRD) and printing to PDF file.
This section contains the Dungeons & Dragons Basic Rules and the rules in the SRD, released as part of the Open Gaming License.

These rules can be found in the Player's Handbook or in the DMBasicRulesv.0.3.pdf (released free from Wizards LLC. in 2015). The material in this box is either 5th ed. SRD content from other sections or inferences drawn from SRD material in other sections.
