The consensus statement recommends the ASCVD high-risk groups for consideration of low-dose aspirin (75–100 mg per day) for primary CVD prevention: • Adults aged 40–69 years, with a 10-year expected risk of ASCVD is ≥10% at initial risk assessment with ≥3 major risk factors that are poorly controlled after treatment intervention.
