Add tier back to raids... and perhaps some of those more nifty trinkets they come up with from time to time (eg the trinkets from HFC). Both M+ & Raids should provide valor points. Then allow valor points to upgrade gear (both m+ loot & raid loot) and to purchase those tier pieces.

9 Φεβ 2021 · We’ve opened the Public Test Realm (PTR) for Patch 9.0.5, the next update to World of Warcraft, which is now in-testing and expected to be released in March. This update will be a bit different from our usual patches.
4 Μαρ 2021 · Blizzard has announced that the Shadowlands Patch 9.0.5 update will be coming on March 9th for NA servers and March 10th for EU Servers! This update includes Valor Points, Potency Conduits in Castle Nathria, and a lot of Class Tuning and reworked abilities.
8 Μαρ 2021 · Valor will be spent to upgrade Mythic Keystone Dungeon gear. Gear acquired from Mythic Keystone dungeons are now upgradable with Valor, a new currency that is earned from completing Mythic Keystone dungeons and covenant Callings.
4 Μαρ 2021 · Blizzard has posted the complete patch notes for Shadowlands Patch 9.0.5, a small patch focusing on class and legendary tuning, Torghast updates, and the addition of Valor Points. We have prepared overviews of Patch 9.0.5 content below including class changes and Valor Points.
