To start, I'm not an American airlines employee but rather a skywest employee that gets access to American airlines non rev flying. At the moment I'm working through it and am wondering if there is any kind of app for American non rev/standby.
Yeah, if you don't work for AA, you have to talk to an agent. Not even the kiosks will work. Make sure you're ticketed AND listed, it saves a bit of time. Also, AAs list is in order of check in time - so get there early!
