29 Αυγ 2024 · This pilot program provides FREE high school classes and GED test prep sessions for adult students throughout Texas who want to complete their diploma or earn their GED. The program aims to target people age 21+ who left high school without finishing.
In Texas, you can prepare for the GED online from home or by attending in-person classes. However, you can only take the test online. If you’re taking it online from home or at work, it’s recommended to test your system ahead of time.
Texas Tech University offers online high school diploma programs accredited by TEA. To verify accreditation of online and private high schools, contact the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) and International Association for Learner Driven Schools (IALDS).
