9 Αυγ 2023 · In the new look Outlook, there's a button that appears upper right with the next meeting. This button will launch a "My Day" view in a pane on the right. If you clicked a specific meeting, you can use the back <- arrow to see the pane which allows a choice of To-Do and Calendar.

5 Αυγ 2013 · When in my calendar I can right-click on appointments and get a menu of items such as Show As, Categorize, and options to Accept or Decline invitations, etc. Since you can't set the Reminder to None when sending an invite, I'm often changing this on invitations I accept.
