The Student ID is issued in Admissions and Records, located in the Student Services Center (SSC) Admissions and Records. You can ask for your Student ID card the day after you enroll for classes. Requirements: To request a Student ID, you need to: Be currently taking classes or enrolled for the following semester. Sign the Student ID Request form.
You can obtain your student ID card by applying on the online service AcademicID (for English press the button with the english flag) by following the instructions attached, as well as the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs (in Greek).

Your account gives access to all student computers and IT facilities of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. For example: your mailbox, Student portal, Brightspace, Osiris Student and the Student App. If you have forgotten your password, please check this page.
Student can find virtual APAAR ID Card in Issued document section of DigiLocker. The status of APAAR ID generation can also be checked in the UDISE+ Portal under the APAAR Module, which displays a list of students along with their APAAR ID statuses.
