16 Μαρ 2020 · Breif history: Audition 3's activation server was switched off many, many years ago, and for a long time Adobe had a place where you could download a copy of Audition 3 effectively for free, with a universal serial number that worked with it - original serial numbers not working any more, as you've discovered.
28 Σεπ 2015 · Adobe shut down the Audition 3 activation server several years ago. You must now download a non-activation version of Audition 3 and license it using a new non-activation serial number provided by Adobe. See Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products.
9 Μαΐ 2019 · I have re-installed the software and now I can't find the 3.0 serial number. It wouldn't do you any good, even if you did find it; the activation server was switched off seven years ago. At one stage, there was a free download of Audition 3 with a serial number that you had to use, and that worked fine for most people.
15 Ιαν 2013 · Users who bought a copy of Adobe Audition and other CS2 software can still download a copy from Adobe's servers and get a valid installation serial key here.
6 Φεβ 2004 · See this page for serial numbers & downloads for the entire CS2 range, which includes Audition 3. THis has happened because the old activation servers are now offline - so go grab a copy whilst you are still able. It installs just fine to Windows 7 x64 as well (albeit in 32-bit mode).
