28 Απρ 2017 · Accessing Safe Mode using F8 function key can be tricky. You need to continuously tap the key not just long press it, doing this takes a lot of practice. One way of activating Safe Mode from Normal Mode is to click the Start button, go to Control Panel, then Run, type msconfig and hit Enter.

29 Δεκ 2011 · I need to access 'Repair Your Computer' from the advanced boot menu, which by all accounts should appear after pressing F8 repeatedly during startup. When I do that however I am presented with a menu giving me the choice of which device to boot from, such as the HDD and DVD-ROM drive.
1 Ιουλ 2011 · The Advanced Boot Option is the big problem, to be exact the lack of it when using the F8 key. The only thing is happening the PC is beeping rapidly, and then terminting the f8 the OS loading normally instead of getting into ABO.
11 Οκτ 2012 · You can set your computer to boot into Safe Mode by doing the following: a. Click Start. b. Type msconfig. c. Select the Boot tab. d. Select Safe Mode in the Boot Options section. e. 14 Μαΐ 2016 · If you want the legacy Advanced Options menu like W7, and you have Windows 8 or 10, you can revert the bootloader to legacy mode so F8 works like it did with Windows 7. Open an elevated (Administrator) Command Prompt and type the following command: bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy.
