Aaahh!!! Real Monsters is an animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, and Peter Gaffney through Klasky-Csupo for Nickelodeon, running from October 29, 1994, to December 6, 1997, totaling four seasons and 52 episodes.

Aaahh!!! Real Monsters is an American animated television series and the fifth Nicktoon. It is also the second animated series developed by Klasky Csupo for Nickelodeon (after Rugrats), running for four seasons from October 29, 1994 to December 6, 1997.

The show focuses on four monsters in particular (Ickis, Oblina, Krumm, and Gromble). Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina are young monsters who attend an institute for monsters under a city dump and learn to frighten humans. Gromble is the headmaster of this institute.
The four main characters in Aaahh!!! Real Monsters from left to right: The Gromble, Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina. Ickis (voiced by Charlie Adler) is a small red-violet monster with yellow eyes who is often mistaken for a rabbit due to his large ears. He is the son of Slickis, a famous scarer.
