• Install drain piping to proper drainage. Improper drain piping may result in water leakage and property damage. • Insulate piping to prevent condensation. • Be careful when transporting the product. • Do not turn off the power immediately after stopping operation. Always wait for at least 5 minutes before turning off the power.
Important: Air handlers do not require repositioning of the coil or drain pan for upflow or horizontal left applications. See the downflow and horizontal right installation sections for application instructions. • Establish drain piping according to the instructions of this manual. Inadequate piping may cause water damage. • Tighten the flare nut according to the specified torque.
Perform the drainage/piping work securely according to the installation manual. Improper drain piping may result in water leakage and property damage. Do not instal the air conditioner in the following places.-The place where there is mineral oil or arsenic acid.
• Where the refrigerant lines run through a wall or sill, they should be insulated and isolated. • Isolate the lines from all ductwork. • Minimize the number of 90º turns.
