Upon boarding, we were required to file a complaint in order to obtain our designated seats.
14 Ιουν 2019 · But instead of checking for alternative flights to Da Nang and avoiding the critical spot in Macao, Air Macao wanted me to sign a disclaimer that, in case I would miss my connection flight I would be booked to the next flight, but wouldn’t get any accommodation offer.
12 Ιουλ 2024 · it was worst experience, the delay, the compensation, even they broke and lost my luggage wheel. I was stranded in macau airport for more than 5 hours because the technical issues and thunderstorms but the airlines staff informed nothing. They gave us a meal box for the compensation just because we asked them lol.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. Poor website for booking. Tried to do booking via website as there was a promotion but the account creation did not pass through on many attempts. Made me suspect if this was a scam website or company. pls improve your IT system.
